These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://codersclubhouse.com (the “Site”) and requests for trial sessions or other Coder’s Clubhouse services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Parent or guardian use
The Site is intended for parents, guardians, and other authorized adults. By submitting information or booking a trial, you represent that you are authorized to act for the child identified in the booking.
Trial bookings and scheduling
Trial bookings are requests subject to availability and confirmation. Coder’s Clubhouse may reschedule or cancel a session when reasonably necessary, including due to closures, staffing, safety concerns, or operational needs.
Please provide accurate contact information so we can confirm or update your booking.
Text-message consent
Where you actively select the SMS-consent checkbox, you agree to receive automated transactional messages from Coder’s Clubhouse regarding trial bookings, reminders, makeup opportunities, and schedule changes.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Site. Program descriptions, availability, times, and locations may change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Coder’s Clubhouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or inability to use it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin, Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
