Coder’s Clubhouse (“Coder’s Clubhouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates https://codersclubhouse.com (the “Site”) and provides youth coding education programs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

Parent or guardian name, email address, mobile phone number, and other contact details.
Child information provided for booking or program purposes, such as first name, age, and scheduling preferences.
Trial booking, enrollment, attendance, makeup-session, and communication records.
Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and Site usage data.
Information you send to us through forms, email, text messages, or phone calls.
Do not submit sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it.

Schedule, confirm, remind, change, and manage trial sessions, classes, attendance, and makeup sessions.

Text messages
If you provide a mobile number and actively opt in through our form, we may send automated transactional text messages about your child’s trial booking, class reminders, makeup opportunities, and schedule changes.

We use Twilio and other service providers to deliver messages. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We may share information only as needed with:
Service providers that help operate our Site and programs, such as hosting, email, SMS, scheduling, and payment providers.
Staff, instructors, and contractors who need the information to provide our services.
Government authorities, law enforcement, or others when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

Children’s privacy
Our programs serve children, but parents and guardians provide information and make bookings. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Site without appropriate parental involvement. If you believe a child has provided information directly to us, contact us so we can address the request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
