Policy

At Coder’s Clubhouse, we want every family to feel confident about enrolling and making purchases. Our programs and merchandise require careful planning, so these policies are designed to be fair and transparent while still giving parents peace of mind.

Camps

Camp registrations are fully refundable if canceled at least one week before the first day of camp. This allows us to plan for instructors, supplies, and student groupings.

Cancellations less than one week before camp begins are non-refundable.
If Coder’s Clubhouse must cancel a camp for any reason (such as low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), families will receive a full refund of camp tuition.

Path & Makerspace Memberships

Path and Makerspace memberships are fully refundable up until the first day of class. Once classes begin, memberships are considered active.

After classes begin, memberships are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel after the first class, we require 30 days’ written notice via email. Tuition remains due during that 30-day period so that we can manage student placement and instructor scheduling.

Focus Programs (8-Week Sessions)

Focus Programs are paid in full at registration.

Tuition is refundable in full up until the first class begins.
Once the first class has taken place, Focus Program tuition is non-refundable. Because these programs run on a fixed schedule with limited enrollment, we cannot prorate or credit missed classes.

Merchandise

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
