Learning should be just as engaging as playing your favorite game. That’s why we created the XP Program at Coder’s Clubhouse.
Kids earn XP by:
Showing effort
Being kind to others
Diving into challenges
Instead of just “going to class,” every student is leveling up their skills and progress—just like in a video game.
How Kids Earn Points
XP Points aren’t just about finishing assignments—they reward participation, creativity, and teamwork.
Students can earn points by:
Attending consecutive classes
Completing optional challenge questions
Helping others
Attending special events
Referring a friend
Bringing a friend to Parents Night Out
Showing extra effort
Graduating to the next level
Points are recorded in the student portal, where kids can track their progress and see their prize eligibility in real time.
The Rewards
XP Points aren’t just numbers—they’re tickets to awesome rewards. Students can redeem them in three tiers, or save up for something big:
Tier 1: Small Rewards, Rubik’s Cube, Pokémon packs, Coder’s Clubhouse T-shirt, small STEM games, or even an attendance streak freeze.
Tier 2: Medium Rewards, Gift cards, Micro:bit, Snap Circuits, mini Raspberry Pi accessories, or multipack Pokémon cards.
Tier 3: Premium Rewards, Raspberry Pi, beginner drone, larger gift cards, Arduino starter kit, or premium STEM games and robots.
Imagine your child coding their way to a Rubik’s Cube, a Micro:bit, or even a drone—all while building real-world tech skills.
Why It Matters
XP Points motivate kids to show up, stay consistent, and push themselves. They also reward collaboration, since helping others is just as valuable as solving your own challenges. That means kids aren’t just coding—they’re building perseverance, teamwork, and confidence.
At Coder’s Clubhouse, learning isn’t about grades or tests—it’s about growth. And XP Points make that growth fun, visible, and rewarding.
The Bigger Picture
With XP Points, every class becomes more than just coding—it’s a challenge to stay consistent, a reminder to be kind to others, and a reward for persistence along the journey.
